“The show was wonderful
and my daughter loved it!
She loved the subtitles and
looking around and seeing
so many people with
hearing aids as well. She
hasn't had that before.
It was quite wonderful.”
Dclub got o昀昀 to a great start this
year with a trip to see the captioned
performance of "Six The Musical".
More fun is planned over the coming
months with a Magic Masterclass, a
captioned Shakespeare performance
at the Globe theatre and, of course,
our biennial Family Fun Day in July!
“What a fabulous
afternoon, it was
really good to see
you. Thank you
so much!”
Nicole, aged 13 (above in the Brooklyn top with
her mum Louise), was one of the 19 attendees
at our outing "Six The Musical".
She shares her thoughts on the
fantastic performance.
It was great fun being with the JDA
"family" and I really enjoyed seeing
"Six" (a show about King Henry VIII's six
wives). It was very interesting and the
songs were catchy. The part I enjoyed
the most was the song "Don't lose your
head" which was sung by Anne Boleyn
— King Henry's second wife.

“Thanks so much for a
wonderful afternoon.
We both loved the show
and really enjoyed seeing
everyone. We knew
quite a few people from
the last two events!
